*We previously reported that Cardi B has filed a slander lawsuit against vloggers Latasha K and Starmarie Ebony Jones for claiming in a slew of YouTube videos that the rapper is a drug-using prostitute with herpes.
A process server who attempted to deliver a notice of legal action to Tasha K was allegedly threatened by the media personality, TMZ reports. The outlet obtained audio from their run-in, and Tasha is clearly pissed when she and her husband arrive home to find “a fat white guy” going through her mailbox, SandraRose reports.
In the audio, the process server hands her the legal summons, saying, “You’ve been served.”
Tasha responds by noting that she’s within her rights to “blow something in your head” for trespassing.
The server assures her he did nothing illegal, but Tasha ain’t having it.

She then addressed the situation on her Instagram page, writing: “@iamcardib that’s what happens when I come home with my family at midnight and there’s a fat white guy going through my mailbox as we pull-up. This is gonna be fun. I’m starting to think that Cardi “will do anything for clout!”
In a separate post, Tasha made clear that she and her husband were not ordered to surrender their firearms.
“My husband and I carry heavy. Motion detectors etc.,” she wrote on Monday morning.

Cardi filed the lawsuit against Latasha K — who has a blog called unWinewithTashaK. She’s pissed about 23 videos Tasha’s posted over the last 14 months. According to the suit, Tasha posted a vid last April saying Cardi’s baby might be born with intellectual disabilities. The inference seems to be Cardi was doing drugs that would harm then-unborn Kulture.
She’s also suing Starmarie Ebony Jones, who, according to the suit, posted a video in September accusing Cardi of doing Molly and cocaine … engaging in prostitution. Jones allegedly says of Cardi, “Just a Grammy nominated prostitute running around spreading her herpes.”
In the suit, Cardi denies ever being a prostitute or a user of cocaine and molly. She also denies ever having an STD.
She has given the women ample opportunity to retract their statements, but since they have refused to do so, or delete the videos, Cardi is taking legal action.
The Grammy-winning artist is suing the Youtube personalities for defamation, and seeking an injunction to delete the videos.

In related news, during a court appearance on April 19, Cardi rejected a plea deal in a case involving her alleged brutal attack on two female bartenders in New York City.
Cardi reportedly rejected the conditions of the deal (rumor has it that one of those conditions was a drug test). So the case is going to trial next month, according to The Blast.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
