*Arnold Schwarzenegger is probably somewhere nursing some aching muscles and bones after being unceremoniously drop-kicked from behind.
The “Terminator” actor is said to be alright after he was knocked to the ground in South Africa. The former governor of California says until he saw the video, he didn’t have a clue that he had been the victim of a serious dropkick.
The incident happened earlier today (05-18-19) while Schwarzenegger, 71, was appearing in Sandton, South Africa for an event called the Arnold Classic Africa.
As you can see in the video, at the point when Arnhold stood up from his seat and handed someone his phone to do a Snapchat video, some a-hole ran up and delivered a flying dropkick to his back. The actor was sent flying out of the frame and of course ended up on the floor of the gym facility. Meanwhile, security dove on the suspect and immediately detained the man.
Afterwards, Schwarzenegger could be heard trying to quiet the commotion and the suspect screamed while being hauled away.

Fortunately the Governator wasn’t injured and later gave an update on his situation on social media.
“Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about. I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot.
“I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I’m just glad the idiot didn’t interrupt my Snapchat.”

Like we said, as far as we know Schwarzenegger is OK, but we can’t confirm if sought medical treatment. As far as the dropkicker, he reportedly had been lurking around and watching the Hollywood icon before he mad his move. Additionally, the motive for the attack is currently unclear.
