*Recently EURweb visited the set of the upcoming feature film “His, Hers and the Truth,” which is currently filming in Atlanta. The romantic comedy, scheduled for release in 2019, is being directed by Coke Daniels, produced by Errol Sadler and executive producers Vanzil and Victor Burke of Burke Management, and Dorien Wilson.
Starring in the film are Brad James (Superstition, Prisoners, Choices), Ashley A. Williams (Where the Water Runs), Dorien Wilson (In the Cut, The First Family, the Parkers), Cocoa Brown (The Single Mom’s Club, Ted 2, For Better or Worse), Terri J. Vaughn (Girlfriends’ Getaway 1 and 2, Steve Harvey Show), Duane Finley (The Wood, Breaking Point), Fred Rosser (Former WWE Superstar) and Edsel Love Patterson (King’s Faith).
EUR’s ATL based associate Ivan Thomas spoke with Brad James and Ashley A. Williams, who star opposite of one another as love interests and the main subjects of the film.
James plays the role of Alan, an arrogant college graduate who thinks he’s God’s gift to women. However, he meets his match with the equally confident and no-nonsense career woman named Tanya, played by Williams. They meet on a blind date and have nothing in common, but then, things take an unexpected turn!

Despite not having the resources of other big budget films, there is a great deal of optimism that “His, Hers and the Truth” will join the ranks of fan favorites such as “The Wood” and “Love and Basketball.”
“We are really working with a shoestring budget for this film, so given what we have to work with, the talent we have been able to assemble is really amazing. Everyone is having so much fun on set and the chemistry is great,” said Coke Daniels. ” I’m very excited for people to see the finished product and I think everyone who watches the film will enjoy it.”
