*Director Dale S. Lewis has signed with Alta Global Media for management representation. An in-demand episodic and feature director, Lewis is known for his clear, kinetic coverage, actor-forward storytelling, and post-driven precision.
Coming off the high-performing crime thriller INCISION (BET/BET+, 2024), his momentum continues across both TV and film: his romantic comedy LOVE OFFSIDE – shot in Jamaica and starring Mike Merrill – screened at the London Film Festival; the new TV series G.R.I.T.S. (Girls Raised in the South) is now streaming on AMC-owned ALLBLK, with Lewis directing three episodes; and ALLBLK’s upcoming series WILD ROSE, starring Omarion, Allen Payne, and Vanessa E. Williams is locked and awaiting a broadcast premiere date. Other credits include the holiday rom-com THE SPICES OF CHRISTMAS.

In 2024, Lewis directed an impressive 31 television episodes, including Season 3 of Cedric the Entertainer’s “JOHNSON” (now streaming on Hulu) and all 21 episodes of “WICKED CITY” (Seasons 1 and 2 available on AMC+, with Season 3 premiering on AMC’s ALLBLK in Q4 2025).
On the feature side, Lewis is currently in post-production on an untitled original dark comedy and in prep on an untitled casino-con thriller slated to begin production in January 2026.
Says Lewis:

A participant in the NBCU Directors Program in 2020, Lewis directed segments for SONGLAND, THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW, and AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR. In 2022, he joined the Sony Pictures Directors Program and continues to collaborate with Sony. Originally from Philadelphia, Lewis is also a partner in the production company DGL Entertainment, where he has an active slate of features and series in development.
