*Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, wants her late son’s estate to pay the six-figure sum she incurred in legal bills while battling the executors over a proposed “secret deal.”

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 93-year-old is seeking $561,548 for legal services provided by the law firm Glaser Weil Fink Howard Jordan & Shapiro (Glasser Weil).

John Branca and John McClain are the executors of Jackson’s estate. Last year, they asked the court to approve a lucrative confidential deal that Katherine opposed.

“The Estate was teetering on the verge of collapse, with more than $400 million in debt that encumbered Michael’s most significant assets and little or no liquidity or means to service that debt. Through creative thinking, hard work and business savvy—and, of course, Michael’s extraordinary creative legacy—the Executors transformed the MJJ Business into a profitable enterprise,” the executors said in a court filing, per Radar.

Despite Katherine’s objections, the judge sided with the estate’s executors and allowed the deal to proceed.

“The proposed transaction is approved and the executors are authorized and instructed to take all actions necessary to implement the proposed transaction, including but not limited to signing all contracts and performing all obligations required of the estate,” the order read.

Katherine appealed the decision, and in her new motion, she wants the estate to cover her legal fees while her appeal is ongoing.

Before MJ died in 2009, he reportedly created a trust known as The Katherine Jackson Trust to care for his mother.

According to Branca and McClain, Katherine has disapproved of several other deals that turned out to be highly profitable, such as Jackson’s 2009 concert film “This Is It.”
