A white movie executive known for his dedication to diversity just got outed by private text messages between him and a former girlfriend. The texts reveal how Ryan Millsap really feels about Black people, their political views, their hygiene, and more. What he wrote isn’t the worst I’ve heard said about Black people. Still, his words matter.
