*Tyrese is responding to DJ Envy’s accusation that the “Fast and Furious” star tried to come at his wife, which ignited the alleged beef that the two men now have.
As TMZ reports, Envy revealed on “The Breakfast Club” that “Tyrese was becoming pushy in his friendship with his wife, and was planting bugs in Gia’s ear with tempting words like ” … if you had a man like me,” the outlet writes.
TMZ also notes that Envy said a man reached out to him, claiming to be Tyrese’s ex-assistant, and warned via text “not to trust Tyrese, because his own wife had allegedly been seduced by Tyrese’s charms as well,” per TMZ.
Tyrese hit up “The Breakfast Club” earlier this month for a nearly 90-minute interview that didn’t end well — as he later explained in a lengthy emotional video posted on Instagram.
As Complex reports, during the interview Envy told Tyrse … “Some of the things that you said deserved me to box your mouth” due to the “disrespectful” messages allegedly from Tyrese to Envy’s wife, Gia Casey.
In an IG update, Tyese denies being inappropriate with Envy’s wife.
“I’ve lost a little sleep since I’ve been home about a man accusing me of disrespecting his wife, as he said,” Tyrese said in an Instagram update.
“Charlamagne saying, ‘What did he say?’ I was wondering too. What did I say? So of course, you know , he beautiful thing about the iMessage, the iCloud, [is] it gives you an opportunity to recall text messages. I don’t see nothing in the text messages directly into Envy or directly into his wife where I disrespected him or her,” he added.

Tyrese referenced his past issues with psychiatric medication and made clear that disrespecting any man is “not even in my nature, especially a man’s wife.”
He also showed dates of text messages and a group chat with Envy and Casey, to support his innocence.

“So to answer Tyrese, yes he was blocked,” Envy said in a “Breakfast Club” update in response to Tyrese’s latest remarks, Complex reports. “The reason I know he was blocked was because he had Charlamagne and myself on a group text and I never replied because I didn’t see it.”
Envy also claims Tyrese wanted to “speak to my wife” in a group chat and livestream with his ex-wife, Samantha Lee.
