*The LAPD is investigating Michael B. Jordan’s car crash after a video surfaced allegedly showing the actor’s Ferrari slamming into a parked vehicle.

According to TMZ, officials suspect Jordan was racing his blue Ferrari at the time of the crash, which sparked the investigation.

According to law enforcement, Jordan wasn’t under the influence during the “traffic collision” on Dec. 2 at Sunset Boulevard and Beachwood Drive in Hollywood. No one was injured, and an LAPD spokesperson said there was no evidence of reckless driving, Entertainment Tonight reports.

The viral video shows Jordan seemingly racing a red Ferrari. The other car’s driver spoke to ET about the events that led up to the accident.

Tenshi Angel says he was “vibing out” listening to music when the blue Ferrari pulled up next to him. At the time, he couldn’t see the driver and didn’t know it was Jordan.

“We was just kind of, like, pacing. This was before the recording there was, like, two blocks away,” Angel recalled, ET reports.

“We were just cruising. And then — I think it was like the next block, like halfway — we were revving the engines a little bit, then once we got to the next block that was when we was like, ‘Oh.’ Honk[ed] three times. I took off, and that’s what happened,” he continued.

Angel claims he and the other driver were “revving engines” but not “going fast.”

It wasn’t until he saw the news about the crash that he learned Jordan was behind the wheel of the blue Ferrari.

TMZ reports that the LAPD is now looking to prove that Jordan “was behind the wheel of the racing Ferrari.”

According to the outlet, law enforcement can “forward the case to prosecutors for possible charges” if they find “criminal culpability” during their investigation.

As AOL reports, the LAPD initially referred to the incident as a “traffic collision of a vehicle into a parked [car],” in a statement.

The LAPD also confirmed that Jordan and the Kia driver he crashed into exchanged information at the scene.
