*Former NFL player Kroy Biermann says his estranged wife, reality TV star Kim Zolciak, has a serious gambling problem.
As TMZ reports, in new legal docs related to the couple’s pending divorce, Kroy claims Kim’s “troubling behavior” has gotten worse in recent months and her gambling “compulsion” led to the family’s financial ruin.
“Kroy claims Kim is so consumed with online gambling she’s unable to properly care for the couple’s four minor children,” TMZ writes. Biermann wants a court to order Zolciak to undergo a psych exam.
According to TMZ, amid their divorce drama, the ex-couple owes more than $1 million to the IRS.
We reported earlier that it was Zolciak who decided to pull the plug on her marriage. Kroy and Kim have 4 kids and were married for 11 years, but according to the legal docs, she said the date of separation is April 30.
Zolciak said the marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” She’s asking for primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody … Kim also wants spousal support and to legally restore her maiden name.
Zolciak also wants Biermann to pay her spousal support.
Additionally, the ex-stripper wants her maiden name back.
