Kenya Moore and Ex-Husband Marc Daly to Face Off in Court Next Month

*”Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore will face off with her soon-to-be ex-husband Marc Daly next month as part of their ongoing divorce battle.

According to RadarOnline.com, Moore and Daly will appear for an October 6 mediation. The judge noted that “The appearance and participation of all parties is required at the scheduled mediation session.”  Daly lives in New York and may appear via telephone if his lawyer is present in the Georgia court, per the report.  The previous mediation ended with Daly accusing Moore of refusing to execute a partial settlement they reached.

Marc claims a deal was reached in May, but Kenya refused to execute it to make it official. Per MadameNoire, Moore’s latest motion states that Daly “was not negotiating in good faith.”

An attorney for the former beauty queen advised her to end the hours-long mediation due to Daly’s “inability to agree on most essential terms.”

“It is well established that no contract exists until all essential terms have been agreed to, and the failure to agree to even one essential term means that there is no agreement to be enforced. An agreement between two parties will occur only when the minds meet at the same time, upon the same subject matter, and in the same sense,” Moore’s lawyer noted, MadameNoire reports.

We reported previously that Moore wants her ex to pay up for making her fight him over a settlement reached as part of their divorce, RadarOnline.com reported. According to the outlet, Moore and Daly remain at odds over child support and the division of property. The pair split in 2019 and filed for divorce in 2021. Moore and Daly share a minor daughter named Brooklyn.

Daly claims the former beauty queen breached their custody deal.

As Radar reports, Moore denies blocking her baby daddy from communicating with their child.

“Mother and Father had an established scheduled time daily to call the child. In an attempt to create issues, Father began to erratically change the times that he wanted to call on a whelm. He did this for the purpose of attempting to create an issue. Mother has implored Father to be consistent with his calls, which he refuses to do. Nevertheless, Father has been random in his behavior and unwilling to stick to the established schedule,” Moore motion read.

Moore also claims Daly is a “FaceTime father.”

“In his failed attempt to have this Court and the public believe otherwise, the evidence will show that Father is simply a “FaceTime” Father, who is inconsistent with even talking to his child at best,” Moore’s motion read, per RadarOnline.
