*Controversial motivation speaker, psychologist, and Pan-Africanist Dr. Umar Johnson has responded to reports that Jonathan Majors is dating Meagan Good.
Majors’ Hollywood career has been derailed amid allegations that he assaulted his white girlfriend. He’s facing a slew of charges as more women are reportedly speaking out behind the scenes about how they too have been wronged by the actor. We’re not sure why or how Good could find him appealing at this point…but here we are.
Dr. Umar is thrilled that Majors and Good are allegedly dating.
“This is good for both of them. She can leave the puppies alone and he can stop the bunnyhopping,” Johnson said in a recent Instagram post (see above), NewsOne reports.

“You two should produce your own movies now, get some independent financing from Bob Johnson, Kanye, Tiger or the Carters. Screw Hollywood,” Johnson added. “Don’t rule out Tyler Perry either, he can use some new faces in his films.”
He concluded with one simple message to Majors: “Welcome back to the Afrikan race family.”
As NewsOne reports, Johnson previously said the “Creed III” star had been “snowbunnied” and vowed to support Majors “unless he is proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Meanwhile, we reported previously that an attorney for Majors said he wants “nothing to do” with the woman involved in the domestic dispute.
Majors was arrested on March 25 in New York City after allegedly choking out his girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. He is now facing a slew of charges. As Deadline reports, the woman was recently granted a full temporary order of protection against him.
Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry said the order “is standard in cases such as this,” and “we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.”
Women are said to be coming out of the shadows following Majors’ arrest. His girlfriend reportedly told police that she “sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”
Major was charged with strangulation, assault, and harassment.
