Well, the girl broke the rules. The unwritten rule is that when you are invited up by Chris Brown for a lap dance, you are not supposed to film the proceeding. That’s precisely what the girl did.
Unsatisfied with just enjoying the moment with Chris Brown, she tried to film him and his backup dancers. At some point, Chris could not take it anymore. He grabbed her phone and hurled it into the crowd.
Fortunately, the audience was made up of decent, self-respecting people, because the girl managed to get her phone back.
