*We all agree that it may not be easy to find good help and that you especially have to be picky and strict when paying for the help, but does that mean one has to fire over 100 personal assistants over the years?
K. Michelle said she has had to fire that number over the years because they were not giving her the standard of service she deserves. Recently, the singer and actress was on “Ryan Cameron Uncensored” on MAJIC-FM 107.5/97.5 in Atlanta and got to discuss the difficulties she has gone through with her personal assistants.
Ryan Cameron asked her about the number of her personal assistants, and she stated that she fired over 100 assistants for various reasons.
The last person K. Michelle showed the door was clueless when it came to mounting a TV on the wall with six people.
“[The person] couldn’t hang up two TVs with six people; Didn’t know how to get the cords in the walls…” she said. “Six different people in my house didn’t know how to hang a TV and wanted $2,000 a week.”

Another assistant’s mistake was that she couldn’t communicate or follow instructions. Indeed, that is a serious reason, if true. Why would you want to retain a personal assistant who never follows your instructions or can’t communicate well?
In another instance, K. Michelle asked her to make dinner reservations for four people.
“She comes in and says, ‘I made reservations for 4 o’clock,'” K. Michelle explained to her host. It’s unclear if this instance marked the end of this particular personal assistant’s employment.
A third applicant was the talkative type who let out too much information, including personal information that nobody wanted to know.
Said K. Michelle: “We take her out to eat at Atlanta Fish Market, she talking, I’m like, ‘She’s great, she is great, I like her.’ She say, ‘Oh, holidays we do drugs, we do cocaine. I couldn’t believe it. This was my first time meeting her. I gave her two drinks and she lost it. Why would I be around something like that?”
Another personal assistant was fired for being a pornstar.
“We get her Instagram, and she do porn! No, we can’t do porn over here.”
