*Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband Apollo Nida has tied the knot with his longtime ladylove Sherien Almufti.
Parks and the two sons she shares with Nida did not attend their nuptials in October, according to reports. Nida, 44, and Almufti, 42, told TMZ that they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at a church in the Atlanta area on Oct. 14, 2022.
Nida and Parks appeared together on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” before their separation in 2014. Their divorce was in July 2017 after nearly eight years of marriage.
Nida and Almufti met about a decade ago and got engaged in 2016. Nida shared photos of their wedding on his entertainment company HD Promotions’ Instagram account (see below).

When Nida and Almufti got engaged, he was serving a prison sentence for conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud.
“Phaedra left me to basically rot,” he said during an appearance on “RHOA” last season. “That’s how I look at it, because when it first happened, she wasn’t there. My sentencing, she wasn’t there. My self-surrendering, she wasn’t there,” Nida told Parks’ former co-star Shereé Whitfield.
We reported previously that Nida still feels some type of way about his split from Parks, insisting that the reality star and her attorney left him to rot after he began his eight-year sentence in his 2014 conviction of identity theft and money laundering more than $2 million through fraudulent accounts.
After completing his sentence, Nida was released and moved to a halfway house in Philadelphia in June 2019. He was taken back into custody days later for violating his parole. Nida since has been released and when he appeared on the Aug. 28 episode of RHOA, he called his ex-wife “cold-blooded”.
“When I went away, Phaedra was definitely cold-blooded … cold-hearted,” he said.
“When my ex left me, you know, she left me basically to die, you know? Phaedra basically left me to rot,” Nida told Sheree.
A source told Page Six that Parks’ friends were “furious” over Nida’s comments, most especially because Phaedra “paid every one of his legal bills.”
