*KeKe Palmer announced her pregnancy on the long-running sketch comedy show “Saturday Night Love” this past weekend. The actress is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Darius Jackson.
Palmer revealed her baby bump during her SNL opening monologue. In case you missed it, check out the YouTube clip above.
“There’s some rumors going around, people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’ and I wanna set the record straight — I am!” Palmer said before unbuttoning her jacket to reveal her baby bump.
Jackson celebrated the news with a photo on his Instagram Story of KeKe at a dinner outing, which he captioned “2023 ❤️.”

The couple has seemingly kept a low profile since first being linked in 2021 but Palmer says she has not been keeping her lover secret from the public.
“This is the happiest I’ve ever felt with someone,” Palmer told Bustle. “So why would I go out of my way to hide this person? That’s a lot more work than just living in my life and being in my life.”
Following her pregnancy announcement, Palmer fans want to know more about Jackson. According to PEOPLE, he works as a fitness instructor at Inspire Fitness Studio. Jackson also played football in college and earned a football scholarship to Fresno State University. Jackson’s brother is actor Sarunas J. Jackson, known for playing Isaac Hall on “Good Trouble” and Alejandro ‘Dro’ Peña on “Insecure.”
Palmer and Jackson reportedly made their romance “Instagram official” months after they were spotted together at a Memorial Day party in May 2021. When Palmer appeared on “The Tamron Hall Show” last year, she explained why she decided to take her relationship public.
“It became more difficult to hide,” she said. “We spend all this time together, and he really is my closest friend, so it just becomes a thing where I’m not gonna hide something that makes me happy.”
“It’s not gonna be everything you see, my job is my job, but at the end of the day this is somebody that is important to me so why not,” Palmer added.
