*This morning, Sen. Cory Booker spoke with SiriusXM host Joe Madison to explain why he endorsed Joe Biden for President, and said that he wouldn’t be “shaken by fear” but “led by faith” and that he believes Biden will be a better choice to help Democrats win the Senate.
“The best candidate to pull us together, not just Democrats, but frankly, reaching out to moderates, independents, and even, maybe, moderate Republicans, is Joe Biden.”
Booker also told Joe Madison:
“I just hope everybody understands, it’s not just the Presidential race, we’ve got to hold on to the House, win back the Senate, so we don’t have, so things become a lot easier to get major things done. It’s one of the reasons I support Joe Biden is because, I think him at the top of the ticket makes it easier for us to win some of these purple states and Senate seats.”
