Woman Wins $15M Rape Lawsuit Against Grammy-winning Producer Detail

*A model and aspiring singer has been awarded $15 million in her lawsuit against Grammy-winning music producer Detail, in which she alleged he raped her in 2016 at his music studio.

As reported by the Associated Press, Kristina Buch outlined in her lawsuit how Detail, real name Noel Fisher, brought her into his studio on the promises that he could make her a music star. Instead, he physically and mentally abused her, tried to coerce her into having sex, and eventually raped her when she resisted.

Detail, who won a Grammy Award for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s “Drunk In Love” track, has also produced hits for Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Wiz Khalifa. Buch is the latest of his alleged victims, with Isabella Mack also hitting the producer with a lawsuit after she claimed he physically held her down and masturbated.

Detail as denied the rape allegations and says he’s lost all his work and was evicted from his home.

Buch sued Fisher late last year, but the case defaulted after Detail and his attorneys failed to respond to court summons or filed any motions — leading to Wednesday’s default judgment.

Buch’s attorney, William J. Briggs, said in a statement that no one “should have to suffer the type of abuse Ms. Buch has suffered at the hands of Mr. Fisher. We are gratified that the court saw that Mr. Fisher should be held accountable for subjecting Ms. Buch to this horrible abuse.”

A total of six women, some industry professionals and others are newcomers to the music biz, have reportedly spoken out publicly against Fisher’s sexual aggression.

Bush and Mack are the only two, so far, to take legal action against him.
