The Republican presidential nominee got irritated during a rally in Northern Virginia Tuesday when an baby began wailing during his speech.

After initially putting up with the noise and telling the mother “Don’t worry about that baby. I love babies,” Trump’s patience wore off and he told the mother, “Actually, I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here,” gesturing like an umpire.

Trump then told the laughing crowd, “That’s all right. Don’t worry. I think she really believed me that I love having a baby crying while I’m speaking. That’s OK. People don’t understand. That’s OK.”
