Sharon Osbourne To Nicki Minaj: ‘You don’t make fun’ of Mentally Ill (On ‘The Talk’: WATCH)

Sharon Osbourne To Nicki Minaj: ‘You don’t make fun’ of Mentally Ill

*Nicki Minaj is criticized by a mental health organization after appearing to mock an apparently mentally ill woman on a Miami street. Sharon Osbourne reacts:

“It could quite easily have been any of us. It’s just that our luck, fate took us down a different road… People who are on the street… you don’t make fun of them.” Sara Gilbert says, “It hurts my heart… but it’s a good opportunity for people to be more educated about mental illness… Hopefully Nicki learns something from it.” Osbourne adds, “There are so many more things that are more appropriate to put up on your social media than some poor lady that is obviously not well.”

Valerie Bertinelli on Body Image: ‘I want to find a way to just love me today’

Valerie Bertinelli joins “The Talk” to dish on her favorite memories – and recipes – for the holidays, and opens up about the struggle to stay healthy during this time of year. She shares:

“Here’s the thing I’ve learned through the years, the holidays actually don’t start before Halloween and end at Valentine’s Day. You actually have to take breaks in between each of the holidays. I bought myself a new bike so I can bike at home… I’m doing my best… It’s a struggle, it’s something I think I’m going to live with for the rest of my life… I want to find a way to just love me today, who I am, where I am, and not listen to all the noise of people judging.”

Supermodel Ashley Graham Says Healthy Body Image ‘Starts At Home’

Supermodel Ashley Graham speaks out about her weight, self acceptance and female empowerment on “The Talk” today.

“To lose weight now would be disloyal to myself. A lot of who I am is connected to my size and I’m happy with who I am,” she says, “I really believe it starts at home. My mom really instilled in me, ‘Okay, you’re a big girl. Who cares? Embrace your curves. Embrace your thick thighs.’ And that’s really where it starts.”
