*Ludacris has filed a restraining order against his baby mama following a complaint she filed with the Dept. of Child Services alleging that the rapper abuses their daughter. Luda’s visitation with his daughter has been suspended due to a complaint.
According to theJasmineBrand.com, Tamika Fuller filed a child abuse complaint against the rapper after her daughter returned from a visit with daddy with a skin rash. In court documents, Ludacris, whose real name is Chris Bridges, said his daughter had a “common rash” that was treated by a doctor.
Bridges claims that since he was awarded primary custody of his daughter, Fuller has repeatedly violated the terms of the court order. For example, he says Tamika interferes with the weekly private tutor that he has arraigned for the child by making her not available on the scheduled day. He also says Fuller ignores his requests for their daughter to be taken to a doctor his choice, not hers. She also allegedly violates the requests of the daycare to stop making unscheduled visits.
In June, the Georgia Court of Appeals denied Fuller’s motion for an appeal and refused her request for child support.

Ludacris said Fuller retaliated by filing a child abuse complain with DCS. The agency contacted Luda on May 19th and informed him that, “pursuant to department protocol, his parenting time with his kid was suspended.”
Bridges asked the court to sanction Fuller for violating the terms of the court order, and force her to comply with the original judge’s ruling regarding visitation. He also wants her to pay his legal expenses.
