*Grammy-Nominated Singer/Songwriter Eric Roberson has released the 2nd single off of his latest album, The Box, entitled “I’m Not Trying To Keep Score No More.”
The playful video features a gender battle on the sands of a the football field as Roberson croons about coming to the realization that the arguments and battles with his woman aren’t worth the love they share.
The video also features many soul music artists. The Men’s team features Anthony David, DJ Kemit, DMo Macklin and Eric Roberson as Captain. The Women’s team has Algebra Blessett, Avery*Sunshine, Carmen Rodgers and Carolyn Malachi as Leading Lady and Captain.
The referees are DJ Frances Jaye and Cayman Kelly, the coaches are WHUR’s Tony Richards for the Men’s team and Jodine Dorce for the Women’s team. The Commentator is Dave Dickinson. The video was filmed during the Capital Jazz SuperCruise.
