Kanye West, Damon Dash Being Sued Over ‘Loisaidas’ Movie

*Kanye West and Damon Dash, executive producers of the film “Loisaidas,” are now being sued over the project’s title.

According to TMZ, the two are being sued by Michael Medina, who the site says is part of a musical group with the same name as the film. He wants a judge to stop the film, which was released in February, and award him damages.

When the news broke, Dash responded on Instagram.

A few hours later, Dash claimed that he looked up the trademark, and Medina didn’t own it.

The stupid ass crew that’s talking about suing me doesn’t even own their own trademark…this the dumb shit I go through everyday…every cornball wants their moment…enjoy it ..
