*Something strange is brewing at a nondescript warehouse in East Hollywood, and it’s got residents buzzing with unease. Situated at the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Kingsley Drive, the plain white building, reportedly owned by Ye (formerly Kanye West), has become a source of concern due to loud music, mysterious gatherings, and a swastika painted on the exterior that triggered a police investigation, KTLA reports.
A Neighborhood Nightmare
Over the past few months, locals have noticed a string of unsettling events. Resident Justin Wang described weekend raves and weekday bootcamp-style workouts. “There’s been noises, there’s been groups of men doing push-ups and other exercises over here, and you can hear music blaring from the parking lot,” he said.
Adding to the unease are newly installed metal barriers and eerie chanting. “It’s been weird to see,” said Conor Tierney, who described groups of men dressed in black engaging in what seemed like a ritual.
Since January, the Los Angeles Police Department has received seven noise complaints related to the property. They also responded to a report of a swastika painted on the building, resulting in a hate crime investigation. While no arrests have been made, the disturbing symbol has intensified community concerns.

Ye’s Shadow Looms Large
The warehouse’s bizarre happenings are supercharged by Ye’s recent firestorm of scandals. His pearl-clutching antics include antisemitic posts, a “White Lives Matter” shirt, and reportedly selling swastika-themed merchandise, actions that prompted Shopify to cut ties with his Yeezy site in February 2025. A casting call for men “comfortable wearing swastikas” only heightened the alarm. The rapper’s also admitting recently that he engaged in oral sex with his cousin starting at the age of 6.
With the building located near a school, some residents are especially concerned. “Kids shouldn’t have to deal with that imagery,” Tierney said.
Ye’s legal issues also fuel public suspicion. He faces a lawsuit tied to an alleged sexual assault during a 2010 music video shoot, and ongoing disputes related to the now-shuttered Donda Academy. His X (formerly Twitter) account was briefly suspended following a string of antisemitic posts and a declaration: “I am a Nazi.”
What’s Really Going On?
Though no violent crimes have been linked to the warehouse, the lack of transparency around its use leaves neighbors on edge. Is it a creative endeavor, a performance piece, or something more troubling? The loud music, military-style auditions, and secrecy offer few answers.
