*Snoop Dogg is making his return to acting after more than a decade, starring in and producing Eli Roth’s haunted house horror film “Don’t Go in That House, Bi**h!” set to begin filming this summer.
According to PARADE, the music mogul is taking on both acting and producing duties for the upcoming project. Roth shared that the collaboration aligns with Snoop’s long-standing ambitions, saying, “He’s been wanting to do Death Row Films for a long time.”
Roth described the film as the “ultimate haunted house movie.” The “Hostel” and “Cabin Fever” director explained to Variety his concept as “something that mixes House, House by the Cemetery, Hausu, and Friday the 13th,” adding that the film will be “something so insane people can’t believe it exists.”

Roth plans to shoot in Los Angeles if he secures California tax credits. He disclosed that he is “going to apply for the California tax credit,” expressing his desire “to shoot [the movie] in Los Angeles so we can have all L.A. people on it.” Production is slated to start in June 2026.
Snoop’s acting credits include “Half Baked,” “Training Day,” and “Bones.” Most recently, he appeared in “Scream 5.” No additional cast members have been announced for Eli Roth’s horror film.
