*Oprah Winfrey has completed an off-market real estate transaction in Montecito, selling a Spanish Revival estate to musician Adam Levine and his wife, supermodel Behati Prinsloo.
The deal, valued at approximately $17.2 million, involves a four-acre historic property located within the exclusive Hedgerow District, according to Realtor.com.
Per the Robb Report, Winfrey acquired the ranch-style residence from Academy Award winner Jeff Bridges in 2019, paying $6.85 million—matching the amount Bridges had spent on it five years prior.
The 1919 estate was originally crafted by renowned local architect James Osborne Craig and has undergone restoration and updates over the decades. The main residence encompasses approximately 3,500 square feet on a single story, containing two bedrooms and four bathrooms. Architectural features include exposed-beam ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout, leaded windows, and five curved fireplaces within the stucco structure.
Interior spaces feature formal living and dining areas alongside a generous family room connected to an eat-in kitchen with quartz counters, a green ceramic-tiled backsplash, and premium appliances.
The primary suite offers a fireplace, bay-windowed sitting space, dual walk-in closets, and a bathroom with heated teak flooring, a pedestal tub, and a marble-and-glass shower.
The pastoral grounds include manicured lawns with gardens, an extensive red brick courtyard featuring a boulder-surrounded fire pit, and a swimming pool with a spillover spa. Additional structures comprise multiple guesthouses, a barn, and horse stables.
Winfrey’s real estate holdings span from California to Hawaii and total roughly $150 million, including several additional Montecito properties.
