*Kanye West, who now legally goes by Ye, has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, during a party he co-hosted with Sean Combs a/k/a Diddy.
The allegations surfaced in recent court documents, revealing troubling details about the incident that allegedly transpired at a music studio gathering.
Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022 and is also known for her work as a model and influencer on platforms like OnlyFans, claims that West invited her and her former musician client to a party in Santa Monica.
West allegedly insisted that guests either drink or leave at the gathering, leading to an unsettling experience for Pisciotta. After consuming just a few sips of her drink, she reported feeling disoriented and slipping into an altered state, reports the NY Post.

The following day, Pisciotta struggled to remember the party’s events, expressing feelings of shame and embarrassment. Her unnamed musician client was reportedly “too traumatized and disturbed” to discuss the incident afterward. Although Pisciotta believed she might have been drugged, she initially thought it was someone else involved in preparing the drinks who was responsible.
The gravity of the situation escalated when West allegedly revealed to Pisciotta that they had “hooked up” after the drink incapacitated her. This confession came about during a tense conversation about his ex-wife, where West expressed anger over a text exchange that involved accusations of him cheating with Pisciotta.
The documents detail that when Pisciotta attempted to clarify the misunderstanding with West, he abruptly acknowledged their encounter, saying, “We did kind of hook up a little one time.”
His casual reminiscence of the incident came as a shock to Pisciotta, who stated she had no recollection of the encounter.
West laughed before allegedly responding: “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
This lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, expands upon earlier claims against West, which included allegations of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Pisciotta’s initial complaints depicted an uncomfortable work environment where West reportedly sent her inappropriate texts, shared sexual fantasies, and even once locked himself in a room with her while engaging in indecent behavior.
Pisciotta asserts that West promised her significant severance when he terminated her employment in October 2022, yet she has not received any payment. West’s legal team has dismissed her allegations as “baseless,” accusing Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail him.
Separately, Diddy, who co-hosted the infamous party, is currently facing criminal charges related to sex trafficking and has been implicated in various civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse, all of which he denies.
As West’s legal issues proliferate, the implications of these recent allegations could further complicate his already troubled public image and ongoing legal battles. With the lawsuit still unfolding, Pisciotta’s claims add another layer to the complex narrative surrounding the rapper, highlighting serious concerns over consent and workplace conduct in the entertainment industry. As discussions continue, the focus will likely remain on accountability and justice for those affected.
