*A lot of wheeling and dealing is going on regarding the upcoming third installment of Ice Cube’s “Barbershop” franchise.

On the studio side, New Line is making a deal to join MGM, according to Deadline, and deals are being made for Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer to reprise their roles under “The Best Man” franchise director Malcolm D. Lee.

Queen Latifah and Nicki Minaj are among those in talks to round out the ensemble, Deadline reports.
