*High-profile attorney Tony Buzbee has opted not to represent Moriah Mills in any potential legal action against New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson.
As TMZ Sports reports, Mills reached out to Buzbee’s firm to explore litigation options, but the renowned lawyer confirmed on Tuesday that he would not take on her case. “A member of our staff spoke to her,” Buzbee stated. “After review, we declined to take her case.”
He added, “We can’t comment about the details or merits of her claims. As you know, we are contacted by numerous people across the United States daily with grievances. We can’t help them all. Some of those we do take are resolved quietly. A number are filed and litigated, like the $640 million jury verdict we achieved a few weeks back. Only a small few become public.”
Mills acknowledged Buzbee’s decision, noting to TMZ Sports that her case did not align with the types of litigation his firm typically handles.
The adult film actress publicly addressed her decision to file a $50 million lawsuit against Williamson, alleging he assaulted her. See what she had to say in the clip below.

Mills’ accusations against Williamson follow a history of public tension between the two. Two years ago, she posted a series of critical social media messages about Williamson, including an allegation that he had been intimate with her shortly before announcing he was expecting a child with another woman.
Williamson faces a separate lawsuit from a woman identified as Jane Doe, who alleges that he raped and abused her for years following their initial meeting in 2018 while he was attending Duke University, per TMZ.
Williamson has described the woman’s claims as “categorically false and reckless.”
