*Tamar Braxton shocked fans on Instagram Stories, revealing she woke up “in a pool of blood” after a mysterious accident.
We reported earlier that she described a fractured nose, missing teeth, and trouble walking and speaking. “I don’t even know what happened to me,” she wrote, asking fans to “pray for me for real.” The incident, which occurred on August 17, left her deeply shaken.
As Ice Cream Convos reports, suspicion fell on vlogger Funky Dineva, last seen partying with Braxton before the incident. On his YouTube show, Dineva claimed he did not know “that lady” or her condition. He noted Braxton texted him the next morning for Dr. Heavenly’s number, mentioning four lost teeth, but went silent when questioned further. Fans swiftly accused him of involvement.
The release of Braxton’s EP trailer for “Heartbreak Retrograde,” set for September 19, escalated tensions. Featuring “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Mendeecees and Dineva alongside Lore’l, the clip prompted Dineva’s fiery Instagram response. He wrote, “When I get through reading Tamar Braxton a** down to da ground, I don’t wanna hear sh*t!!” He accused her of a “2-bit PR stunt,” claiming, “Here it is I got ate up alive over my Birthday Weekend and the whole while there was nothing wrong with Tamar’s a**.”
Dineva further vented, “Now she done released this tired a** music video for this raggedy EP that don’t nobody want and because I’m in the video, people are going to think I was a part of the PR stunt!”

He addressed Braxton directly: “@tamarbraxton you ain’t even gone try to clear any of this up and tell these people I didn’t do anything to you or know what happened.” He added, “I was accused of NOT BEING A FRIEND TO YOU. When at the end of the day, it was YOU NOT BEING A FRIEND TO ME!! I didn’t deserve any of this and I’m deeply hurt!”
After Dineva’s YouTube livestream, Braxton responded. She used Instagram Stories to clear his name regarding her health scare. The gesture appeared to resolve their public dispute.

After Braxton used Instagram Stories to confirm Funky Dineva was not involved in her health scare, he responded with an Instagram post, expressing relief and stating, “This was all I wanted… It was the principe of the whole situation. I’m not one them other PONKS and I won’t be toyed with like I’m one of them or be treated disposable like I’m one of them. It’s done. I’m all good now @tamarbraxton . I pray you recover quickly and I hope the new project spawns nothing but hits!!! ❤️❤️❤️”
