*Hip-hop legends Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg are making their mark on Nashville’s nightlife scene with the launch of their Still G.I.N. Lounge.
PEOPLE reports that the duo is set to unveil the venue on April 4 in downtown Nashville, inside the newly restored Nashville Live! complex. Blending West Coast cool with Southern charm, the Still G.I.N. Lounge will offer an upscale atmosphere. Guests can expect a dynamic lineup of DJs, live performances, and curated playlists featuring the best of hip-hop, R&B, and funk. Designed for both early evening gatherings and late-night revelry, the lounge will serve handcrafted cocktails made with the pair’s signature spirit, Still G.I.N.
This latest venture follows the buzz generated by Dre and Snoop’s innovative ad campaign in December 2024. The commercial, which used AI technology to bring Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. back to life, depicted the four icons enjoying a drink and conversation at an elegant restaurant.
“To see Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg alongside my dad and Sammy Davis Jr. in such a revolutionary way is both thrilling and surreal,” Sinatra’s daughter, Tina Sinatra, 76, said. “It’s a celebration of timeless artistry, breaking barriers, and the enduring legacy of collaboration across generations.”
Still G.I.N., an 85-proof spirit distilled in the U.S., is available nationwide for $39.99.

Last year, the hip-hop stars released the new album “Missionary” and a short film to accompany it. The project, produced by Dr.Dre via Death Row, Aftermath, and Interscope, marks another milestone in their iconic careers. Per the press release, the album features Sting on the “Message in a Bottle”-sampling “Another Part of Me” showcasing both Snoop’s rugged flow and mellifluous singing voice, while “Last Dance With Mary Jane” features the voice and harmonica of the late Tom Petty in Snoop’s heartfelt ode to weed with Jelly Roll.
“I have this video clip with Tom Petty saying ‘If Dre ever samples the song Mary Jane’s Last Dance, he’s going to have an instant hit on his hands,’” Dre told the Los Angeles Times. “It comes along with a massive amount of trust. And you know, Snoop’s putting his entire career and his legacy and everything that he’s built in my hands. So I have to really nurture that and make sure it’s presented in the right way.”
“Missionary” is packed with special guests, including Eminem, 50 Cent, Method Man, BJ the Chicago Kid, Alus, K.A.A.N., Smitty, and Cocoa Sarai. The album marks the first collaborative effort from Snoop and Dre since Snoop’s 1993 debut album “Doggystyle.”
