*A startling new lawsuit accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexually assaulting a man identified as John Doe in 2020, with CJ Wallace—the son of the late rap legend Notorious B.I.G.—allegedly playing a key role in the incident.
According to the complaint, Doe was lured under false pretenses with promises of business opportunities, only to be ambushed at a Revolt TV location, as reported by TV One. The suit states that transportation arranged by Combs Corporations brought Doe to the site, where he was allegedly set up.
The filing describes a harrowing encounter in which Combs allegedly attempted to force oral sex on Doe, while making threats connected to Doe’s prior ties with Bad Boy Records. Wallace is accused of acting as a “henchman,” helping facilitate the scheme that led Doe into the trap. The lawsuit further alleges that members of Combs Corporations took a photograph during the assault, seemingly intended to intimidate or degrade Doe.
After fleeing the scene, Doe returned to the vehicle that had transported him and reportedly found Wallace, entrepreneur Willie Mack, and others waiting. The complaint claims these individuals had presented themselves as allies, offering opportunities to help mend Doe’s strained relationship with Combs—promises Doe now believes were part of a calculated deception.
The plaintiff is seeking damages from all named parties, including Wallace and Mack, for their alleged involvement in the conspiracy. The lawsuit portrays a deep betrayal by those Doe trusted, alleging they exploited his hopes for reconciliation to leave him vulnerable to abuse.

Meanwhile, Combs is taking steps to address personal struggles while detained in federal custody.
As we reported earlier, sources confirm he’s enrolled in the STOP Program, a federal initiative designed to curb sexual assault and domestic violence, TMZ reports. Additionally, he’s participating in the Dr. Harry K. Wexler drug abuse program, a commitment he began before his arrest last year. Insiders describe these efforts as Diddy’s pursuit of personal growth and redemption.
The music mogul’s actions follow a high-profile trial that concluded earlier this month in Manhattan. After six weeks of intense testimony, a jury convicted Combs on one count of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted him on graver charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
With sentencing set for October 3, under Judge Arun Subramanian, Combs faces up to 20 years in prison for the two prostitution-related counts. Prosecutors have suggested a four-year sentence, though an appeal is anticipated.
