*Wendy Williams‘ ex-husband alleges that her sister embezzled almost $15 million from the ex-talk show host.

Kevin Hunter Sr. believes the new Lifetime docuseries, “Where is Wendy Williams?,” failed to capture crucial narratives, such as his claim that Williams’ sister Wanda took advantage of her, Hot New Hip Hop reports.

“What I guess they left out was that while she was in Florida getting recovery 3 yrs ago there were the secret calls her SISTER would set up with DEMBAR MERCURY (MORT & IRA). With false pretense that she would be getting show back. That was a lie and broke s**t more than anything,” he wrote on his Instagram Story.

“They only were trying to get her there to satisfy an insurance claim so they could obviously replace losses and the money that they were STEALING (5-15mil),” Kevin continued. “They wanted CONTROL her SISTER was trying to get ultimate control herself and was medical proxy @the time. But her naiveté allowed her only to be PLAYED and once she got back to NY they kicked her sister out and she spiraled WORSE. I was involved @ the time… blood on ALOTTA HANDS.”

As we reported earlier, Williams’ medical care team announced last week that she was diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). She has been contending with various other health challenges, including Graves’ disease, lymphedema, and alcohol abuse.

“Wendy is still able to do many things for herself,” the team said, People reports. “Most importantly she maintains her trademark sense of humor and is receiving the care she requires to make sure she is protected and that her needs are addressed. She is appreciative of the many kind thoughts and good wishes being sent her way.”

According to a press release, Williams, 59, was officially diagnosed last year.  She recently opened up about her dementia diagnosis and expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love and support she’s received.

In a statement released on Friday (Feb. 23), Williams said: “I want to say I have immense gratitude for the love and kind words I have received after sharing my diagnosis of Aphasia and Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). Let me say, wow! Your response has been overwhelming.”

She added, “While I continue to need personal space and peace to thrive, please just know that your positivity and encouragement are deeply appreciated.”
