*It’s no secret that Beyonce is a hit with human beings. But as Kevin Bacon and his wife Kyra Sedgwick can confirm, the “Halo” vocalist’s songs carry weight with their farm animals,
According to Madame Noire, the couple posted a video on social media of them serenading their farm animals with a cover of Queen Bey’s Country hit “Texas Hold’ Em.”
Sporting a red plaid shirt, cowboy hat, white tee, jeans and sneakers, Bacon is seen strumming the tune on his guitar as Sedgwick recorded him with a cell phone.
“This ain’t Texas,” Bacon began to sing, as Sedgwick joined her better half in as he went through the first verse of “Texas Hold’ Em.” As he danced to the song, “The Closer” star supplied ad-libbed background vocals to the popular ditty.
“Monday morning serenade. @beyonce #texasholdem,” Bacon captioned the Instagram post.

Bacon and Sedgwick’s fun-filled serenade comes as “Texas Hold’ Em” reigns on top of Billboard Country Chart at #1 for the second week in a row. The post, which has generated a thumbs up among social media users on X (formerly known as Twitter), marks the latest development involving Beyonce’s music and Bacon.
In 2022, the 65-year-old “Footloose” star serenaded his goats with “Heated,” a track from Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” album. The video featured in the accompanying post found Bacon sitting on a wooden platform, strumming his guitar as a black and white goat competed for his attention.
“Hot day, hot song. The goats and I are feeling ‘Heated,’ @beyonce. Loving this track. #GoatSongs #Renaissance,” Bacon posted.
