*Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson’s late-night YouTube show Nightcap brought in nearly 90,000 live viewers after the Super Bowl.

The Kansas City Chiefs made history when it became the eighth NFL team to win back-to-back Super Bowl titles after defeating the San Francisco 49ers Sunday. Variety reports that Super Bowl LVIII averaged 123.4 million viewers, making it the most-watched broadcast in television history.

Previously, 115.1 million viewers watched the Super Bowl between the Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles last year.

Meanwhile, viewership of the FS1 morning show “Undisputed,” Sharpe’s previous co-hosting gig with Skip Bayless, continues to struggle “to top 80,000,” per Awful Announcing. The outlet cites one Reddit commenter, u/Forevermade32, who wrote in the Undisputed sub-Reddit: “Wonder how Skip feels seeing 86k people watching Nightcap after the Super Bowl. Insane numbers.”

Last Tuesday’s “Undisputed” broadcast averaged 89,000 viewers, according to Awful Announcing. The panel featured Keyshawn Johnson, Richard Sherman, Michael Irvin, and Lil Wayne. The following show brought in 64,000 viewers, making it the smallest audience since it returned from hiatus following Sharpe’s departure,” the outlet writes.

We reported earlier that Sharpe is expanding his brand outside the typical network platform. His controversial Katt Williams interview on his YouTube channel reportedly netted Shannon over $660,000, so far.

The bombshell conversation garnered over 46 million views in 10 days across social media and over a million audio downloads. Sharpe’s social media following also significantly increased due to “The Katt Williams Effect.”

The interview now has 58 million views. According to The Root, Sharpe earned over half a million dollars (and counting) via YouTube’s revenue-sharing program from the Katt clip alone.

Sharpe hit up Twitter to celebrate the reach of the Jan. 3 interview (watch it here in case you missed it).

He captioned the post with a direct quote from Katt, who said at the top of their conversation: “Club Shay Shay is going to be in a dimension it’s never been. The greatest thing floating in 2024. Mark the words. In a whole different realm of business. Oprah coming next! Once I establish this as a place of truth, oh yeah. Watch! God’s people ain’t that few.”
