*Pharrell Williams released a new album on Friday that is only available to purchase via his Black Yacht Rock website.

Fans can cop the album at BlackYachtRock.com. As Complex reports, the project titled Black Yacht Rock, Vol. 1: City of Limitless Access comes with ten songs.

The new album comes amid the legal battle between Pharrell and his producing partner Chad Hugo, over name rights to The Neptunes.

We reported earlier that Williams and Hugo are entangled in a legal tussle over the group’s moniker. Hugo accuses Williams of attempting to seize sole control over the trademarks, branding it as “fraudulent.”

“Throughout their over thirty-year history, [Hugo] and Williams agreed to, and in fact, have divided all assets,” wrote Hugo’s attorney Kenneth D. Freundlich. “By ignoring and excluding [Hugo] from any and all applications filed by applicant for the mark ‘The Neptunes,’ applicant has committed fraud in securing the trademarks and acted in bad faith.”

Per Complex, a Pharrell representative responded: “We have reached out on multiple occasions to share in the ownership and administration of the trademark and will continue to make that offer. The goal here was to make sure a third party doesn’t get a hold of the trademark and to guarantee Chad and Pharrell share in ownership and administration.”

In related news, Halle Bailey, Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Kelvin Harrison Jr. have signed on to join the cast of the Universal coming-of-age movie musical from Pharrell and Michel Gondry.

Gondry will direct the project set in the summer of 1977 at Virginia Beach and is inspired by Atlantis Apartments, Williams’ childhood neighborhood.
