*Lisa Bonet has filed to divorce Hollywood hunk Jason Momoa after separating from the movie star in 2022.
According to TMZ, the former “Cosby Show” actress is seeking physical and legal custody of their two kids, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring,” Momoa previously said in a since-deleted statement posted on his Instagram page. “And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage.”
The “Aquaman” star continued, “We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty. The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become…”
Bonet and Momoa began dating in 2005 and tied the knot in 2017. They signed a prenup, and neither wants spousal support, according to TMZ.
In 2022, an insider told HollywoodLife that Momoa and Bonet briefly reconciled after their initial split.
“Jason moved back in with Lisa about two weeks ago and they are very much back together,” the source told the outlet.
A month after announcing they had called it quits, Momoa and Bonet reportedly reunited.
“They decided to work on things rather than throw in the towel because they have so much invested in each other.”
In March 2022, Momoa confirmed that it was officially over with Bonet.
“We’re not back together. We’re family. We have two beautiful children together,” he told “Access Hollywood” on the red carpet at the 2022 Oscars.
“We’re family forever,” he shared.
According to her divorce filing, Bonet listed their date of separation as October 2020, Complex reports.
Lisa Bonet was previously married to rock star Lenny Kravitz.
