The Rock Expresses Remorse Over 2020 Biden Endorsement – Vows Silence on 2024 Pick(s) | WATCH

*Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has decided to approach this year’s presidential election differently. This time he’s refraining from publicly endorsing any candidate like he did for Joe Biden four years ago.

Johnson a/ka/ The Rock, told Fox News’ Will Cain, about his decision to keep his political views private this time around.

“The endorsement I made with Biden years ago was what I felt was right for me at that time. However, I’ve decided not to repeat that in this election. My aim now is to unite this country.”

The actor, who has flirted with the idea of a presidential run himself, expressed concerns about the divisiveness he perceives under the Biden administration, echoing sentiments often embraced by Fox News regarding “cancel culture” and “woke culture.”

“In the spirit of authenticity, I’ve chosen not to conform to others’ expectations. I’ll be true to myself and speak honestly, even if it ruffles feathers,” he asserted to Cain.

While Johnson clarified he won’t be vocally supporting Biden, he also made it clear he’s not endorsing Trump. Instead, he emphasized his decision to withhold public endorsements altogether, citing his significant influence and its perceived impact on past elections.

“Fame is a potent tool for influence when wielded responsibly,” Johnson remarked. “I’ve recognized the weight of my endorsement and have chosen to keep my political stance private.”
