*50 Cent recently filed a Writ of Execution against reality tv star Teairra Mari as part of the 5-figure judgment that she owes him related to a revenge porn case.
As we reported earlier, Mari has been trying to avoid paying 50 Cent for years. For starters, she incurred the debt following an unsuccessful revenge porn lawsuit against 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend. She took 50 Cent to court specifically for sharing an explicit image from her leaked sex tape.
RadarOnline reports that she still owes him a total of $50,476. 50 Cent was initially awarded $30k in legal fees and $5k in sanctions and other fees. The “Love & Hip Hop” alum admitted she couldn’t afford to pay the debt, so interest for $14k was added to the bill.
According to the Radar report, Fiddy recently filed a Writ of Execution against Teairra Mari in Sacramento County, California. Per the outlet, “The Writ was addressed to the Sheriff’s Department and directed officers to “enforce the judgment” which grows with “daily interest,” RadarOnline writes.
In 2020, 50 Cent filed a lien on Teairra Mari’s assets to collect the debt she owes him.
This years-long feud between the two stems from Mari’s revenge porn lawsuit against the rapper/actor after he re-posted a pic from her leaked sex tape to his social media. Her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Adbul-Ahad, initially posted the graphic image. A judge dismissed Mari’s case against 50 Cent in 2021 and ordered her to pay him over $30,000 in legal fees.
50 Cent has since taken shots at her on Instagram, often reminding Teairra to pay him what she owes.
She fired back with a diss track titled “I Ain’t Got It.”
