*Once again, Trey Songz is at the center of another sexual assault allegation. Two women are suing the “Bottoms Up” entertainer, stating Songz “forced himself” on them, and are accusing him of sexual assault and battery.

The women further claim they passed out from allegedly being drugged while attending a house party thrown by Songz at his Los Angeles-area estate in 2015.

Referencing the new lawsuit, TMZ detailed how the women first met Songz when they got invited to an after-party after attending his concert in June 2015. In August, the women were invited to Songz’ home for his birthday party, following “subsequent interactions.”

Citing a report from TMZ, Hip Hop Wired reveals the suit goes on to note claims the women made of taking an Uber to Songz’ home as well as being forced to give a password and turn over their phones to get into the party. Once they entered the party, the ladies discovered a mostly female setting with only a handful of men. In addition, the women claimed they were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

“In the suit, the women say they suddenly felt overwhelmingly intoxicated, despite drinking what they felt was a modest amount … and believe they were drugged,” TMZ reported. “They claim they sat on a couch by the pool, and that’s when Trey swooped in and led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out with their clothes on.

“The next morning, the women say the woke up naked … with a naked Trey forcing himself on them.”

According to one of the women, Songz allegedly performed nonconsensual oral sex on her while she tried to resist his unwanted cunnilingus.”

The other alleged victim detailed her experience with the vocalist, stating she woke up with Songz allegedly biting her nipples and forcing his fingers into her private area.

The women’s lawsuit against Songz is the latest in a series of sexual assault-related incidents that have generated headlines. Responding to the new suit, the “I Invented Sex” crooner via his attorney, Michael Freedman, issued a statement denying the allegations to TMZ.

“This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look-back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court,” Freedman told the site. “Again, these are just allegations, but eyebrows and ears are perking up as social media is using the moment to remind X users about his other sexual assault accusations.”

Songz’ track record of lawsuits hasn’t gone unnoticed by the public. Noting past suits and accompanying allegations, X users have not held back in their response.
