*WNBA star Natasha Cloud is catching heat for calling America “trash” in a social media rant.
Cloud’s frustrations stem from the recent Supreme Court rulings — specifically the landmark decision to gut affirmative action, brobible.com reports.
“Our country is trash in so many ways, and instead of using our resources to make it better we continue to oppress Marginalized groups that we have targeted since the beginning of times,” Cloud tweeted.
“Black/brown communities& LGBTQ+ man we are too powerful to still be attacking issues separate,” she added.

Cloud fired back at critics who flooded the comments of her tweets. When one Twitter user suggested she “Feel free to leave anytime,” Cloud responded, “I will be lolol gladly.”
“Also I need y’all to come up with something better than move to Russia or china. ???????? y’all shit played out and tired,” she tweeted.

Cloud doubled down on her comments ahead of the Fourth of July holiday. In a July 1 tweet, she wrote, “If I don’t give af was a person it’s me????????????♀️ yall finna make me money cause of how much real estate I’m holding in yalls minds.
The Washington Mystics player added, “And also for my religion weaponizers…y’all the people that killed Jesus.”
“I’m going to continue to speak the truth about this country. Because until your truthful about your flaws and weaknesses nothing changes,” she tweeted.
BlazeTV host Lauren Chen tweeted to Cloud … “You live in a prosperous nation where the NBA has enough RESOURCES to keep your otherwise negligible women’s league alive, despite never turning a profit,” she wrote. “Don’t start complaining about oppression.”
