*A Texas woman named Sydney Harris was arrested for using her vehicle as an assault weapon in a violent attack on her neighbor.

As the Daily Mail reports, Harris was caught on camera driving toward her neighbor, Lakisha Broomfield, at speed. The two women had been feuding over a garbage can. According to the report, Harris became enraged when Broomfield put some of her trash into Harris’ garbage can because hers was overflowing.

That’s when Harris waited for the right time to get revenge. When she caught Broomfield outside their homes in Allen, Texas, on January 4, she plowed into the woman with her white SUV. The disturbing incident was caught on camera — see the footage below.

“I can’t believe any person would hop into a car and hit a person the way she hit me,” Broomfield told WFAA.

Harris said Broomfield pushed her twice before the SUV incident, but the latter claims she was only acting in self-defense.

Harris claims she was trying to plow into the trash bins, not Broomfield, noting that she suffers from a mobility disorder.

Allen County police arrested Harris on January 13, charging her with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Broomfield said she’s been “harassed by this lady for the last couple years.”

She added: “I’m having some PTSD, a lot of anxiety, and panic attacks. I just want peace, peace of mind, and no issues.”

Watch the video report below, which includes the moment Harris rammed her car into her neighbor.
