*Webbies, we outside so check out the Social Heat stories. GloRilla snagged an endorsement deal with Tommy Hilfiger Jeans, and social media was not here for it at all. In the 90s, rumors circulated that Tommy Hilfiger allegedly said he did not want Black people wearing his clothes. When the community got a whiff of Tommy’s supposed racism, many stopped buying his patriotic-colored clothing, and sales plummeted. He had to do a media tour debunking the claims that he shunned the Black consumer. Now he’s tapping the hip-hop culture once again, and other commenters chimed in, saying that high-priced European designers don’t want Black people wearing their clothes. Sidebar: Check how he used a gorilla emoji with fire to highlight the collab; we didn’t need to see that! Anywho, what side of the fence do you fall on, Webbies? Should GloRilla ditch TH, or should the lady get her coins?

While promoting her new movie “A Thousand And One,” Teyana Taylor plays Inez, a mother who takes her six-year-old Terry out of the foster care system. A reporter asked Teyana if the film breaks down the stereotype of people wanting to mend relationships with their children they may have put up for adoption. “It’s never too late. The same way they say ‘oh I went back to college at 40,’ it’s never too late to love. It’s never too late to give, it’s never too late to change,” Taylor says, adding, “You gotta be willing to fall down and get back up,” she continued. “I look at everything as grace over grudges. I respect any mom that says ‘let me step back and get myself together and go back for what’s mine.'” “A Thousand And One” is available in theaters on March 31, 2023.

Taraji P. Henson, John Stamos, Quinta Brunson, and Craig Robinson displayed their lyrical prowess on the show “Slay It Don’t Spray It,” hosted by Jimmy Fallon. Taraji constantly gets sprayed down and complains to Jimmy, but she keeps returning to the show; she is truly a glutton for punishment. She must really luv her some Jimmy. Check out the clip below to get a hump-day chuckle.

Tamala Jones revealed on the “Tamron Hall Show” that she suffered a brain aneurysm 26 years ago. After dealing with a painful headache for two weeks, she called her boss, and they convinced her to come to work. Tamala worked a full day and then went to the hospital and stunned doctors because they were shocked Tamala was still alive because the aneurysm had ruptured. Thankfully, she’s been healthy since then, and the lesson she learned was to listen to your body; we agree work can wait.
