*Pastor Shirley Caesar met up with reality TV star Phaedra Parks during the homegoing services for the late Bishop Carlton Pearson in Atlanta on Dec. 18.
According to Parks, however, the moment wasn’t the first time they met.
“You’ve met me a few times!” she told the 85-year-old queen of gospel, who admitted that she could not recall any of their previous meetings. Someone off camera is heard telling Ceasar that Parks, 50, is best known for starring on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
“That’s Phaedra from Housewives of Atlanta and TV, now,” the person said. “She’s on TV everywhere.”
“And?” Caesar responded, and Parks replied, “Exactly! She is more famous than me,” the mother of two said of Caesar.

Caesar admires Parks’ hat and hair in the footage, telling her to “do like the white girls” and gently move the hair from her face.
Larry Reid Live posted the clip on his official Instagram account. Another IG user added, “She’s at the age where she can say and do what she wants (including not remembering somebody famous) and it’s perfectly fine. Lol”
A third person commented, “… baby I can’t wait to get older and just say whatever is on my mind and you can tell she didn’t mean any harm. I love them both!”
