*“Omega: Gift and Curse” will run on WE tv and AllBlk starting March 2nd, according to an announcement bfrom the AMC Networks platforms.
The five-part docuseries features singer-songwriter Omarion, who gets to open up about his days with B2K, a now-disbanded R&B group that ruled the airwaves in the early 2000s. He also gets to talk about the group’s alleged reunion tour.
B2K (Boys of the New Millennium) had Omarion, Raz-B, J-Boog and Lil’ Fizz as members. They released their self-titled debut album in 2002. Their hits include “Uh Huh,” “Gots Ta Be,” and “Bump, Bump, Bump” (Featuring Diddy). After these hits, the group disbanded.
The series was initially titled “OMEGA: The Gift & The Curse.”
Omarion first publicized details about the docuseries last July. He then made the five parts available for a fee online at omarionworldwide.com.

He explained on his social media that the series reveals the details about B2K, including the “brotherhood” and “betrayal” the members of the group experience when the cameras go off.
AllBlk’s description of the project is quite vague. It says, “This new docu-series goes beyond the veil of what it’s like to live under the celebrity microscope and gives fans an exclusive look at what it’s like to succeed, transition, rebuild, and evolve into your own man. The docu-series takes fans behind the scenes with exclusive never-before-seen interviews, rehearsals, tour footage, and performances across the U.S. from one of the biggest Reunion Tours.”
Although the group is now extinct, it is still making news, thanks to the ex-members who keep on exchanging insults on social media. At times the bone of contention is about who was more talented. Other times it is about women.
