Eventually, he had to reach out to Jay-Z for the assist, and Mr. Shawn Corey Carter basically said, ‘Ayo, he ain’t the ticket man, man.’ However, Jay did come through, and Bleek got them tickets in hand, lol! Questlove added his experience in the comment section, “Yo straight up, I went through the SAME EXACT scenario: you never ever wanna be the guy who has to come to Hov Afro pic in hand for tix (his shows? SUUUURRE!) but a mofo had to go through the fro-a-dex within an inch of his life to cop tix…. And I walked in the SAME time as Bleek and the very first thing I said to myself when I walked in was “man….I wonder if Bleek had to jump the same hoops to cop these tix as I did?” ???????????????????????????? got my answer ha ha …” We do love these men going for through the fire for their ladies, they definitely earned platinum bae points!
