*Kim Kardashian is making it her business to provide a male influence on her 7-year-old son Saint. That we believe would be a “Manny.”
Recapping the latest episode of “The Kardashians” via Complex, Love B Scott reports the 42-year-old mother of four voiced the challenge in disciplining her kids, considering her parents did not discipline her back in the day.
“It’s really hard for me to be really strict and to discipline a lot,” Kardashian admitted, per People. “My parents weren’t strict at all and sometimes because I’m really busy, it would be amazing if I had a partner who would tap me out and take over and handle it but, you know, it can’t happen like that.”
As a result of her soft stance and her household and family being what she described as “very female-dominated,” Kim felt inspired to hire a male nanny.
“I really wanted a male around that would be picking them up and taking them to sports, and I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that,” continued the reality TV fixture, who referred to the nanny as a “manny.”
Despite an initial reluctance to tell her ex-husband Kanye West, Kardashian got a pleasant surprise when introducing Ye to her nanny.
“When he was dropping off the kids, Kanye introduced himself. They played two-on-two with Saint and him,” Kardashian shared. “He’s been so nice to him, like ‘Hey, if you’re going to help raise my son’—because he handed him the ball really easily or something—he’s like, ‘Don’t do that, have him get it himself. It’s some of the rules I would want.’ And I was like ‘Oh my God, okay. That’s great!’”
Kardashian’s move into the manny age marks the latest development in her post-Ye married life since their divorce was finalized in November 2022. As a result of the split, the former couple agreed on joint custody with “equal access” to their four kids, Saint, 10-year-old North, five-year-old Chicago, and four-year-old Psalm.
In addition, Ye agreed to send Kim $200,000 per month in child support and pay 50 percent of their educational and security expenses.
