*Judge Greg Mathis denies pulling a gun out on Los Angeles City employees during a heated confrontation.

Mathis allegedly snapped and pointed a gun at the workers over a parking space, according to multiple reports.

TMZ writes, “Law enforcement sources tell us an employee from the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power made a report Tuesday accusing Mathis of threatening workers with a gun after a heated confrontation.”

According to the reports, the workers claim they asked Mathis to move his vehicle and that’s when things got heated. After words were exchanged, Mathis allegedly pulled out his pistol and pointed it at the workers.

Mathis denies the city’s version of the events and “tells us the employees were actually blocking his vehicle in, and he was unable to pull out of his driveway,” TMZ writes.

Mathis claims one of the employees threatened to run him over with the work truck if he didn’t move.

“Mathis took that as a threat, and tells us he informed he had a weapon — though he says he NEVER showed the gun, let alone pointed it at anyone,” TMZ writes.

This case is under investigation by the LAPD following the filing of a brandishing report.
