*Good mornting! Social Heat is up and ready to go. Get into it; we like our beats funky, we’re spunky, and we like our oatmeal lumpy, and our first story does just that. Jadakiss, government name Jason Terrance Phillips, had to defend his absent hair follicles at the beginning of his rap career when an interviewer inquired if the “24 Hours To Live” lyricist was going bald. Yet, he tells listeners in the song, “Get a fresh baldie make a few calls, Shop at the mall shoot a little ball,” so being hairless was intentional. Jadakiss even points out he was only 19 or early 20s, displaying a sense of shock knowing that people thought he was going bald at such a young age. However, many rappers at that sported a baldy during the early 2000s.

The stars were out for game three of the NBA Finals between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat, with Denver winning with a final score of 109 vs 94. However, some fans feel that celebs showing up for the game was more for a photo op than being true fans, @nicolaslucky27 “Both the stars won’t be at Denver to watch Game 6. Stars only show up in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. Yet they be acting like they fans of the sport. Nothing wrong with watching the game as a spectator or a fan of a certain team, but I figured if you were a fan of the team or even wanting to watch the finals, you would watch them at away games even if the city is not in a big popular city.”

Alicia Keys is working hard for her ducats by kicking off her world tour on June 28th, and she also announced that her original stage musical “Hell’s Kitchen,” loosely based on her life growing up in New York, will debut in the fall. We are highly intrigued!

Keyshia Cole also tells her life story on Lifetime TV on June 24th. She reveals that after her mother, Frankie Lons, passed, Keyshia wanted to do a project to show her love for her and the obstacles the “Trust and Believe” songstress had to overcome to become a star. Make sure to lock in and support our good sis!
