*Nick Cannon and La La Anthony are part of the lineup of speakers for Forbes’ inaugural ForbesBLK Summit, taking place in Atlanta on November 5-6, 2023.
The theme for the event is The Future of Black Entrepreneurialism: Convening Culture, Creativity, and Community.
The summit “will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs and entertainers to ignite critical conversations around the future of Black capitalism,” per Forbes.com.
The two-day event will be accessible virtually and include “discussions focused on creating more equitable economies; the future of Black media; how Black entrepreneurs are securing funding; how executives of color navigate the world of sports and beyond, all while championing the global community of Black trailblazers,” the outlet writes.
In addition to Cannon and Anthony, the speakers also include NBA icon Isiah Thomas.

- Shelly Cayette, Chief Commercial Officer, Cleveland Cavaliers

- Melonie D. Parker, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Google

- Phylicia Fant, Head of Music Industry and Culture Collaborations, Amazon Music
The summit will offer immersive cultural experiences that highlight black-owned businesses in Atlanta. A Welcome Kickback will take place on Sunday, November 5.
Attendees will also be able to purchase ForbesBLK’s first apparel collection at the summit.
