*Social Heat is turning up tuhday! Deion Sanders made some statements about his requirements to select quarterbacks for his team versus who decides for the defensive line as a football coach. He used stereotypical details when he outlined what he looked for in defensive players that had the white commentators cracking up, which rubbed Black viewers the wrong way. Many found Deion’s delivery disturbing and the cackles from the white men irritating. They likened it to when Dave Chappelle made a joke on his now-defunct “Chappelle’s Show” that made a white audience laugh in a way he took as offensive. Our people need to be on code when communicating our failings in front of a mixed company that does not serve as a means to amuse or entertain their ever-present racist thoughts about us. Do better, Deion!

Jonathan Majors learned that his co-star Paul Rudd is a member of a fraternity and inquired if Rudd knows any steps or choreography that is signature to his brotherhood. The “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” actor is puzzled and perplexed by the question, and Jonathan is also confused that Paul can’t answer his query. Check out their humorous exchange below.
